Acanthus Property Letting Services Limited is proud of its reputation as leader in the field of self-catering holidays.  Specialising solely in letting top quality properties, Acanthus can offer a first class service to clients requiring a "second to none" management and letting contract.

Acanthus is a family run business with the office situated in picturesque Trinity Street in the heart of Southwold.  Our shop windows continue to interest and delight the public.  The design of the windows reflects the changing seasons and the spirit of Southwold.

We are celebrating our tenth anniversary this year.  The company was founded by Jennifer Tallon in l996 with just a handful of properties and has grown to present a large portfolio of hand-picked quality houses, cottages in Southwold, Walberswick,

Dunwich, and surrounding area.  Family members, Rebecca and Annie look forward to taking the business on to exciting future developments.

Our portfolio has over 50% of East of England Tourist Board recommended and rated properties.  This number continues to grow and ensures the quality and standards of our properties are maintained.
