AcanthusAbout us-We are a mother and daughter family run business. Jennifer founded the company 13 years ago and Rebecca joined her 8 years ago. We are Suffolk people and have had links with the town of Southwold for   many many years. We are both passionate about offering the very best holiday accommodation in the area, giving our customers an excellent choice and our owners a first class highly professional service.

 

Acanthus OfficeOur central office-We are located right in the middle of the town. Our lovely ‘shop’ fronts seasonal displays attract a great deal of extra business from ‘Walk in trade’. We feel our location is a huge advantage, as we are able to keep a close eye on our properties and maintain our high standard.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY AND AUTOMATIC EMAILS WHEN YOU HAVE A BOOKING Acanthus takes a damage deposit on every let of 7 days or over to protect the owner from any property damage. When a booking is made the owner is informed by email automatically.
RENTAL PAYMENTS DIRECT INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT Statements are sent out to you by email. And your payments are made to you direct into your account.
